A one week intensive training equipping extension officers, cooperative leaders and organisations with digital tools to manage data, coordinate farmers and boost productivity. It uses educative video animations and is aligned with Rwanda's Digital Agriculture Strategy for 2021 to 2026.
The pilot
Three to five days per training, across a one year project, starting in Kamonyi District.
Where it could go
A larger companion concept envisions national Agricultural Digital Centres of Excellence, with each trained facilitator projected to reach between 50 and 200 farmers a year. Those figures are not final.
